What do the different colors next to my vehicles mean?

The platform is smart and lets you know the status of each object (vehicle, truck, etc.) you are tracking. The platform has 3 possible 'circle status':

GREEN - the tracker is connected to the platform and all is working normally.

RED - the object (the tracker inside your vehicle, truck motorcycle) is not connected to the platform. Possible reasons: bad sim card, object in an area where there is no GSM/cell signal, tracker has been removed from the vehicle, or software/hardware issues with the tracker.

Possible solution - make sure the vehicle is outside and turn on the engine. If after 5 minutes the status stays red then please contact our support at support@manilagpstrackers.ph for further troubleshooting

BLUE - the tracker is connected to the platform but the GPS location is not updated. This in most cases is normal operation as the tracker, when ignition is OFF, will go into power saving mode so the tracker to not drain your vehicle battery. If your vehicle ignition is ON and it is still blue then likely there is no GPS signal where you currently are and it will come back shortly to Green. Also, if your vehicle is parked underground or in an area where there are many tall buildings, the GPS signal will be interfered with and your tracker may temporarily show blue status.

So remember: if ignition OFF then blue status is perfectly normal.
